Bottle gourd (Lauki) is an ideal summer food for healthy skin. Its rich in Vitamin C and Zinc. Its mild taste is a treat to eat.

Makes 10-12 paranthas depending on size of dough balls
Ingredients
Lauki (grated) 2 cups
Mint leaves (chopped) ¼ cup
Green chili (chopped) 3
Onion (chopped) 1
Red chili flakes 1 tasp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Sher atta 2 cups
Oil for frying
METHOD
Mix grated lauki, mint leaves, green chili, onion, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, red chili powder and garam masala powder. Add salt to taste. Mix well and add Sher atta to the mixture.
Knead stiff dough with water. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Make equal sized small balls from the dough and roll flat using dry flour.
Heat the tawa on medium heat and place the rolled parantha on it. Let it cook slightly from one side then add oil and turn over for frying. Fry until golden brown from both sides.
